I added the ubuntu ppa for karmic by adding ppa:cdekter/ppa, however it
doesn't get just the gtk packages but tries to install kde packages as well
(including the oxygen theme:) s there any way to differentiate between gtk
and kde ppa's?

As far as I can tell, the autokey-gtk package does not require any KDE packages
(autokey is the KDE version).

This isn't very clear; I'm in the middle of downloading/installing the
'autokey'
version for Gnome, and this looks like I'm installing the wrong one.

The installation instructions also reference adding a source to Ubuntu using
out-dated
language and referencing a 'deb' line lower down the page where there is none.
I'm no
newbie, but this is a very messy start.
