Hook iConomy/Vault for Economy for a configurable cost per region, size, command, and protection.

Any update? Will need to add a cost potential per command and likely per flag as well. I haven't heard from you in a few days, so if you haven't started it by Wednesday I will probably just go ahead and do it. Possibly store the information similar to the RegionMessages class.

This is on you while I rewrite the plugin. Going to be adding ability to do cuboid and chunk protections among other things. I started the groundwork for the econ. Prices are loaded into EconPrices class and the addflag command is already using it.
