Readme update #40

I've added a few clarifications and remarks to the readme. These were things I struggled with when setting up the project. E.g. I spent a few hours connecting my Logitech USB webcam to an RTSP server only to realize later that the app already supports /dev/video. Also localhost for the ip didn't work in my case. Maybe we could also update the sample .env?
