Hi! I am wondering if some example fasta files could be supplied? I know where the pre-trained models are, but don't know the format of input file. “a GeneBank file" is mentioned in the script of saluki_predict_fasta.py; I am not very clear. Looking forword to the reply with much thanks.

Hi, that script represents an idea I had that didn't really work out. I'm going to deprecate it. Sorry that we cannot offer that functionality at this time.
