Hello,

We have a close to final version of scbasset in scvi-tools. I was wondering if the team here was interested in helping benchmark the reproducibility and/or helping with some of the todos on the PR:

Hi Adam,

Sorry I've been on vacation in China in the last month and didn't have access to my account then. Really glad that scbasset is included in the recent scvi-tools release! I'll give it a try!
