REEADME links for geofencing-subscriptions are wrong #258

Problem description The links in README reference the old name geofencing.yaml instead of the new one geofencing-subscriptions.yaml

Expected behavior Correct the links in main.

Additional context They are also wrong for r1.2. We may generate a new r1.3 to correct this.
