When manually running this workflow under the Actions tab, it should generate a static site from JSDOCs. It will then deploy this static to GitHub pages. The workflow will generate the URL, and you can view the static site.
If you want to make the URL accessible from the repo, you can click on gear under the About section, and then click on the checkbox. Please see the picture below for reference.
