move camicroscope to iiif for iip #483

iip supports iiif, and we expect to go in that direction in the future with replacement tile engines.

note that use of urls like http://localhost:4010/img/IIP/raw/?IIIF=/images/sample.svs/info.json require modification, as the url isn't the same.

I may close this, but I'll do a performance test first, to see how many calls each method uses.

it's about the same, probably not worth the effort yet
