In Optimize 7, add 7.22 to the engine compatibility test #4671

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

To test Camunda 7.22, we need to add it to our engine compatibility tests that run nightly. This involves:
- Add the new version to the matrix here.
- Adding a new 7.22 profile in the pom.
Consider bringing back to test snapshot to catch issues early on. Similar to link.

Hints

The change was attempted in https://github.com/camunda/camunda-optimize/pull/14380 but it turned out it is not straight forward. Since:
- 7.22 tomcat 10 and jakarta,
- 7.20, 7.21 works with Tomcat 9 and javax

This seems to be resolved. I will check and close the ticket if necessary.

Not resolved yet. CI was added but without the maven profile, it just uses 7.20 default profile. Decision: Revert CI changes https://github.com/camunda/camunda-optimize/pull/14483

Needs backport to 3.14.
