Create a side panel for editing Script metadata:

[x] Uses @bpmn-io/properties-panel for consistent look and feel
[x] General Allows to edit name, ID, Version Tag
[x] task timeout (to be discussed) ==> configured via template
[ ] In the future: Pre/Post script run.
