Create a reusable Editor component for robot scripts. It should

[x] syntax highlighting
[x] add suggestions for available Libraries
- [x] auto import
[ ] Linting with error highlights

Due to effort, we will not have Linting (e.g. for missing keywords) for now. We can do this as a follow-up if we have time for 8.8 or as an update after the initial release
