Feature request: User Generated Session URL #23

It would be good to have a mechanism by which the user can generate their own session url.

Helen has put together a tutorial on how to create sessions: https://github.com/opencadc/arcade/blob/master/arcade-tutorial/Tutorial_Session_URL.pdf

This is a temporary measure however. We plan on integrating a user interface to Arcade so user's won't need to do these command line steps.
