feat: extend interface fiveg_f1 interface #201

This PR extends the fiveg_f1 interface according to the TE126 - Orchestrating network configuration between the Core and the RAN specification.

This interface is only used internally between the CUs (Central Unit) and the DUs (Distributed Unit) to orchestrate network configuration for the Charmed Aether SD-Core.
