Increase page width on site to match new top navigation #241

Increase the width of the site so it is the same as the new nav.

Currently, the nav is wider leading to misalignment.

I think this is a Vanilla issue - I've raised an issue there for the time being https://github.com/canonical/vanilla-framework/issues/4530
