Done

• Removed ruby based jekyll static site generation
• Introduced flask as a template serving engine
• Adjusted docker to run flask in favor of jekyll
• Adjusted templates to have html type and make them compatible with flask
• Removed outdated templates in web-original folder
• Removed additional nginx inside the project -- flask can serve the site directly.
• Updated dependencies

Cookie policy and global nav don't seem to be loaded properly, their scripts 404:

Doesn't seem to be related to this PR (doesn't work currently either), but it seems the global-nav, even though it is included and called, is not really added to the top of the site.

We may look into it separately later I guess.

I can see it in the demo under the "All Canonical" link. Isn't that the global nav?

🤦 ignore me, I was looking for additional top toolbar (like it used to be before "All Canonical")…
