This is a feature branch of Design Site Sprint 2023.

We use it to be able to demo current state of the feature branch.

@danielmutis Hey Dani, for the start we would need some content for Resources page sections: https://design-ubuntu-com-264.demos.haus/resources

I guess "Illustrations" part will be dropped as we don't have any ATM, but for the rest of it we would need a bit of text to fill that in.
