WD-1297 add dark mode switch to and redesign icon set and logos sections

• Implemented the 10x5 icon grid
• Redesigned the logos section to match the visual design
• Implement the dark mode switch in the icons set and logos section
• Replaced the "lorem ipsum" content with text from the miro board

It doesn't look very well now with dark mode on logos (the black box seems out of place).

I guess it would either need to be making the whole strip black from side to side (page structure would need to change to keep each section in separate strip), or a smaller box (similar to icons?) could turn black for logos?
