What needs to get done

We'll need to try to update the dependency versions of the frontend, mostly in package.json, and re-build our ROCK.

We'll potentially need to also address https://github.com/canonical/kfp-operators/issues/337

Why it needs to get done

To reduce the number of CVEs in this image
