Thank you for your request.

Unfortunately, these two branches were developed for different purposes, thus cannot be merged. The first version (master) was built for the downstream analysis of ARGs-OAP v1. The second version (v2.0) directly included the whole package of ARGs-OAP v1. You can directly use arg_ranker of v2.0 (default version) for ARG search and risk assessment of sequencing data.
