Mostly I transferred the sc document from the dropbox to the notebook - adding few comments here and there.

Could you please review the matrix mulitplication as I think there was a bug in the scd document regarding the dimensions. Also - what is the best way to throw an exception in SC (b/c in this case we dont want to recover from this error)
