Ecostress Spectral Library Version 1.0 is just a name change of the Aster Spectral Library Version 2.0 correct? Does this issue involve changing the code in pycoal? Or just updating https://capstone-coal.github.io/ so that it accounts for the name change

More information on this http://www.spectralpython.net/libraries.html#ecostress-spectral-library It turns out that ECOSTRESS supersedes ASTER so we will also have some deprecated code.
