TEE Pallet becomes "Safe Protocol". As the TEE Pallet is the way to securised a capsule or secret NFT on-chain.

@M2613 TEE pallet is the infra that will support multiple transmission protocols. Is the term safe protocol suitable for such a pallet?

I think yes because, the safe protocol is not a transmission protocol
