Corrections of typos and inconsistencies

This PR fixes:

• Inconsistencies in should/shall/may/must: there was a blend of lowercase bold and capitalised versions, now all is lowercase bold
• There were inconsistent amounts of spaces after "-" symbols, sometimes leading to display issues. This is now fixed (one space is the standard)
• A couple of bullet point displays got fixed
• Leading spaces in some ressource name strings got removed
• The inconsistency in string type (with first letter lowercase and uppercase blends) is now fixed
• Linebreaks were included in list of endpoints to improve readability
