[TOC horizontal cutting off]: the text on the nav bar is cutting off #9736

Description

the text on the nav bar is cutting off, it should add a arrow so we navigate for all the nav, but it only appear on high screen resolutions like 1700, in 1600 the arrow desapear, and in all resolutions the last phase on nav bar have a little piece of it cut off.
