📝 Fix numbering of steps in Adobe XD tutorial #1398

The following issue appears to be an issue with a remote MDX page. 📝 Fix Page: https://next.carbondesignsystem.com/designing/adobe-xd Issue: List numbers under "Get the Adobe XD Creative Cloud libraries" all show as 1 after step 2.
