NOTE: Will move the Header to using the designed version once implemented. For now added the toggle to the the current header.

I didn't see this ticket before I wrote mine, I guess some of the issues mentioned there are eliminated, but please read through it and see if the problem is gone gone, or just avoided (and folks later choosing to use system based switch only will still have the problem) because we refresh the screen/app now.
