Update placeholder image #64

Those are new placeholder images to be used in all themes.

One is with + sign, another is without. Both are black, so color manipulation might be needed to better blend with the individual themes.

Note to whoever implements this: rendering the svg's as a template file will be the easiest way to style these with CSS (for custom theme colors). Checkout the @cardstack/mobiledoc package for examples of rendering SVG's as template files.
