connections of road/lane at junction in OpenDrive file are missing #2305

In the OpenDrive map xodr files (at least in town01 and town02), I found some links/connections are missing, especially at the junction. To my understanding, a connection should be defined at both ways.

For example at one of the junctions of town01, there are 3 missing connections

Road 6 -> Road 68
Road 68 -> Road 7
Road 6 ->Road 68

Although in the userData tag, it explicitly clarities the driving direction. But shouldn't we still need the connections? Because it's indeed connected.

Or are the connections completed as long as I follow the right-handed driving direction?
