Dear @carlganz ,

I have merged all PR into one for simplicity and to avoid conflicts when merging.

I have added myself as a contributor, updated version number, fixed the computation of p-values (cf. https://github.com/carlganz/svrepmisc/issues/6), and made some minor fix to pass check as-cran.
