save/load confirmation window #43

It is very easy for the menu to accidentally open and to hit the load or save 
buttons without realizing it. Could you add a confirmation window when loading 
or saving? The window should include the save state, as there is currently no 
indication anywhere of what save state you are using.

I realize some people might not want this, so it might be a good idea to add an 
option in the settings to turn the confirmation window on and off.
