[Feature] Customization of clipboard commands #205

This allows Wayland users to specify which commands handle their clipboard. An example is provided in config.example.

This will not change default behavior of rofi-pass. If this gets pulled into your main branch, we need to document that feature in the wiki as well.

Yup, will prepare one
