Data Analysis and Visualization in R for Archaologists, modified from the Data Carpentry R Workshop for Ecologists. Course site at https://carpentries-incubator.github.io/R-archaeology-lesson/
Hi, I'm a newly qualified Carpentries Instructor and I’m keen to contribute to this lesson. It looks like there hasn't been much activity in this repo for a while and was wondering whether there was interest in getting this lesson started again?
To give a bit of background, my day job is the Training Manager at the Archaeology Data Service. We’re keen on providing training to archaeologists in methods such as R to enable them to create more reproducible workflows in their research but also so that they could better reuse the data we hold in our archive (https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/) . I came across the lesson and thought it would be super useful for training purposes. I was just wondering if there were any plans to take it forward and make it a more formal course? I’m happy to dedicate time to developing the course if that's of interest.
Thanks,
Nicky (my contact email is nicky.garland@york.ac.uk)
