Disclaimer on R-specificity for Lesson 4 #45

Add disclaimers and generalities up-front and focus on R stuff for the lesson (?). E.g., reprex skills are applicable to many different data structures and programming languages, but here we will focus on data frames in R in tidyverse.

I feel like this should be an episode 1 issue and not a dataset issue...
