Problem

Our next step is to find at least an external teacher interested in giving our materials a try. But in order to find them, they have to find us, and right now our materials are not very visible.

Hi, Yes I would definitely be interested. I was thinking about combining the short interview (before which we'll also add some relevant information about the mainteiner) format with the description of the workshop.

I think we could also try promoting the workshop through some sort of looking-back scenario, when we reference past workshop to show if they were successful (for that ideally we would have participants' feedback and I'm not sure if that's possible, but I think it could be one of the directions)

I've assigned us this task just to keep track of who is interested, but so far there is no deadline. My proposed next step is to set up a meeting to brainstorm a bit and, indeed, set a deadline. Perhaps it's better to do this via our institutional calendar.

Regarding the feedback, we have it (the one from March and the one from September). It is anonymized and we can always summarize and rephrase it.
