Downloading Episode

1) Introduction to the episode. Say something about why we need to download data in the context of the lesson. This needs to wait for the resolution of https://github.com/paumayell/pangenomics/issues/32

2) Say something about the Conda environments before using them

3) The ls result of the data folder, does not show the antismash file, and the ls -lh at the end show it. but this should be resolved according to the issue https://github.com/paumayell/pangenomics/issues/28, not in the episode

4) Before the removal of the refseq/ directory, add a box about the MD5SUMS folder, saying that you can use it to check the integrity of the downloaded files (even though we will not do it in the lesson) and that you can remove it after that.

5) Add a "needed in the next episodes" parenthesis in the title of the Exercise 1

6) When the downloaded files are moved we could give them friendlier names, like the names that the agalactiae files have.

7) Add another option to the solution of the Discussion at the end of the episode by making a file with the wanted strains and use it in a while loop to download each genome. Change it to a Bonus Exercise instead of a Discussion.
