Add a video tutorial "Instructions to install WSL with Ubuntu 22.04" Add a video tutorial "How to open a terminal on macOS" Option A
Add a yml file for the different operating systems Create a specifications file for Linux Ubuntu 22.04 (spec-file-Ubuntu22.txt). It only works in a similar Linux operating system. Add a video tutorial to setup metagenomics environment on Ubuntu 22.04

Update the links to the manual pages of the required software in the section "Software for Bash". The versions of each tool are the latest. The table should be only a reference of the tools.

Create yml files of metagenomics env with the necessary packages for each operating system: metagenomics-Ubuntu22.yml (contains the complete list of necessary packages: fastq, trimmomatic, metaspades, maxbin2, checkm, kraken2, krona) metagenomics-macOS.yml (contains the the next packages: fastq, trimmomatic, metaspades, maxbin2, checkm, kraken2, krona). metagenomics-WSLUbuntu.yml (contains the the next packages: fastq, trimmomatic, metaspades, checkm, kraken2, krona). Create metagenomics-maxbin-WSLUbuntu.yml (Maxbin2 and Checkm-genome are incompatible and wasn't possible to install them together)
