Advocating for Carpentries in region #7

At the CDP quarterly meeting on 27 September, a request was made to develop a resource that could be used to advocate for The Carpentries at an institution or within a region. The resource should include the value/impact of offering training and any additional evidence/support to make that case

@elletjies Do you have a resource like this that you have used in Africa? Or does the membership team have something they have used in the past that we could adapt?

@acrall I have done many Lab meetings about this topic - https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1ansXvsDQ98Vs0yDz1hivWgh7jEdCJ-cP perhaps we can adapt some of these?
