Use spoilers in template Setup page #39

Since https://github.com/carpentries/varnish/pull/92 was merged, the solution boxes in the template Setup page should be replaced with spoiler divs

What does this mean? If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.
