BEP 49

Support creating and updating torrents of torrents. This is complex and of unsure benefit, since I'm unsure if anyone uses BP 49 feeds, so let me know if you want this!

I'm looking for a torrent client that support some form of mutable torrent in order to publish a static website in a form of an archive but with a non mutable magnet link. I see there could be many solution, bep 46, 49 and 50 seems all to fulfill this but I'm not sure which one would be the best. I would be interested in see this implemented.
