Make sure address list refresh after shuffling rounds #7

Make sure address refresh once a shuffling round is over, especially the input list.

Right now the plugin propose the same address that had the output before the shuffling round but it is now empty. You have to restart electron cash to refresh the list.

It refresh the input list after competion of protocol now.
