Fix stuff mentioned in meeting 6 nov (mostly ui and a little bit parsing)

• [x] Remove "get data" button and instead get data when "generate graph" button is pressed

Embedded objects already worked, it was pure lists that did not work but a body will never be a pure list of objects. Look into special handling for direct array JSON objects

Nevermind, it works, it was just typos in the testing.
