Developers tools activated #251

With this change, Ephemeral can open the Webkit developer tools like the web inspector or the console...

@sergius02 I had intentionally omitted developer tools for now, because I didn't really intend for Ephemeral to be used as a developer tool itself. I am not strictly opposed to enabling them, though. I am curious what your rationale is, or what your workflow with Ephemeral as a developer tool would look like though!

In my case, i'm using two browsers to avoid merge my history with personal and work things. I'm trying to run away from chromium-like browsers, Webkit dev tools looks good and i like the privacy of been always incognito (and the clean on close).

I'm currently learning Vala so i like the possibility of modify things on the browser if i needed it 😹️
