add filterChangeWatchedFiles on rb and Gemfile #17

This filter disable any notification from the client from file which does not start by .rb or gemfile

I'm not able to update the code on the plugin because i didn't update the version of the package. Can you add it or should i?

I went ahead and bumped it to 0.5.0 in the repo. I'll publish it in the next day or so.
