Solargraph::FileNotFoundError] Host could not find '...' #212

I'm receiving this on a recent install of solargraph (0.40.4) in codespaces. The file most definitely exists. Restarting solargraph fixes, but it will fail any time I add a new file, forcing me to restart again.
