Cable Charger CBM Cable Issue(s)

Describe the bug

Attempting to attach oneself to a grid, via a Jumper Cable Connector always fails with a "You notice the cable has come loose!" warning, followed by a successful "You are now plugged to the vehicle". Occurs with the Jumper Cable, Heavy Cable, or the Shiny Cable.

System works normally with vehicles, as expected.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set up a Jumper Cable Connector in a building (with a Grid), and power it all
2. Get a Cable Charger CBM (and a power storage I guess too)
3. Attempt to plug yourself in.
4. Fail Successfully!

Checking in a few months later, and this appears to still be an issue, as of the latest (July 16th) build.
