The report "Time spent in course" list duplicated users when they are enrolled with different plugins at the same time in the course.

We use block_dedication 2023070300 and Moodle 4.2.2

I vaguely remember this being an issue with the core enrolment users report source (which we copy for providing support to older Moodle versions) and the fact that system-level reports can't use the same settings as a normal custom report (like not showing duplicates) - but it's been a while since I've looked at this!
