Working 2.0 version #1

This sorts everything out so it works for 2.0. Still some odd bits to tidy up e.g. redundant help files. Also a couple of new lang strings that will need translation.

Matt. I did not test it but overall review looks very good! I like your sense for details and we seem to have the same style of writing the code.

Unfortunately I have to reject this pull request - you actually asks me to merge your "master" branch into my MOODLE_19_STABLE which I believe was a mistake ;-) Please, create a new pull request for my "master" branch and I'll merge it.
