Translations for factor_ subplugins #184

I have not found any way to translate the subplugins via AMOS. Is there a way to make that possible?

According to https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Subplugins#Language_strings there should be pointers to the sub plugins in the language pack of the main plugin and they are not there. ($string['subplugintype_subpluginname')

There is no problem with Amos: see e.g. the string https://lang.moodle.org/local/amos/view.php?t=1691398746&v=l&l=nl&c=workshopallocation_manual&s&d=addreviewee from a submodule of workshop (workshopallocation_manual), which is translatable.
