Cannot upload S3 files with server-side encryption #1270

The current version of the S3 lib in WPT does not support the v4 signature version that AWS requires for server-side encryption of S3 objects.

Error on PutObject: Requests specifying Server Side Encryption with AWS KMS managed keys require AWS Signature Version 4.
