I've just re-downloaded the image and verified at my end - no issue:

$ xz -d VoltageOS-arm64-ab-vndklite-3.2-20240206-UNOFFICIAL.img.xz
$ fsck.ext4 -f VoltageOS-arm64-ab-vndklite-3.2-20240206-UNOFFICIAL.img
